I have been meaning to post many times in the past week or so, but where does the time go? For us, our time has been spent at the doctor's office! I don't even want to count the number of visits we have had in the past 2 months. Abby has had strep throat 2 times. Jackson had strep throat and then he developed an outer ear infection - most likely from all the time we have spent at water park. After a week of ear drops, he still complained of his ear hurting. I didn't really pay attention, I just kept putting ear drops in. Today when he told me his ear felt like there was a lot of wax in it, I told him we would do the ear drops one more day. When he laid down, there was some ooey gooey stuff coming out of his ear! YUCK! So, had to call the doctor and take him in - this time it is a ruptured eardrum!! So, he is now on a different ear drop and antibiotics! And the doctor said he can't go underwater (i.e. swim) until he can take a look at his ear again in about 10 days. Seriously? I told him that we were headed to Indiana to Grandma and Grandpa's house with a pool! Is there any way we could put an earplug in? He then said it would be fine if we got one of those earplugs made of putty that molded to his ear. That was such wonderful news!
So, I didn't get as much done today as I had planned. But one thing that I HAD to do is at least transfer some pictures from my camera to the computer. So, I thought I would at least post a few pictures from Jack's birthday! I will post the pictures from July 4th after we get back in a couple of weeks!

JJ got bored while Jackson was opening up his presents. So, he was jumping from the couch to the chair and begging me to take his picture!!
